The "multi-epitopic" patent is a cornerstone of the Company's intellectual property holdings, and corresponds to a previously issued patent (effective June 5, 2001) by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. With the EPO's grant of the "multi-epitopic" patent for the European Union (EU), the Company is now able to protect OvaRex(R) in the great majority of worldwide markets.
