HENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 1999--

Alta Gold Co. (Nasdaq NM:ALTAQ) announced that on the afternoon of April 23, 1999, it received notice from Nasdaq that Nasdaq "has determined to delist delist
