Alshaya joins ADCB's TouchPoints Loyalty Programme.
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has announced its partnership with retail franchise operator M.H. Alshaya Co. This partnership will enable ADCB clients to redeem TouchPoints across the wide range of international brands operated by Alshaya in the UAE including H&M, Mothercare, Debenhams, Victoria's Secret, M.A.C, Boots, VaVaVoom, Starbucks, The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Pinkberry.
Ravi Nair, Head of Customer Experience Management at ADCB said, "Our goal is to offer ADCB clients an exceptional banking experience. The TouchPoints loyalty programme was designed to reward customers every time they interact with ADCB conventional and Shari'ah compliant (ADCB Islamic Banking) services and products; this includes personal accounts, deposits, credit and debit card payments, online transactions, and a wide range of insurance and investments products.
In addition to ADCB's partnership with Alshaya, TouchPoints may be instantly redeemed for shopping vouchers at various merchant partner outlets, bills payments and airline tickets.
