Alpine Air Express Announces the Renewal of Its North Dakota Contract.


PROVO, Utah -- Alpine Air Express Inc. (OTCBB: APNX) announced that its operating subsidiary Alpine Air, a leading provider of regional air cargo transport and logistics services, has renewed its three year contract with the United States Postal Service for routes between Grand Forks and Bismarck, North Dakota.

According to the Company, the renewed three-year contract provides for current costs as well as future escalations. The Company's versatile Beechcraft 1900 all-cargo airliner will be utilized to perform the daily requirements in servicing this route.

Gene Mallette, CEO of Alpine Air, commented, "This contract complements our long-term relationship with the U. S. Postal Service. With the majority of our aircraft currently under multi-year contracts, it allows our company a solid base from which to grow future revenues and to execute our previously announced acquisition intentions."
