Alpine Air Chile, S.A. Commences Passenger Service.

PROVO, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2003

Alpine Air Express Inc. (OTC BB: ALPE) announced that its majority owned operating subsidiary, Alpine Air Chile, S.A., Chile's only provider of regional air cargo transport and logistics services, began flying new passenger carrying service between Puerto Montt and Chaiten. The company deployed Beech 99 aircraft to service the six- and seven-day-a-week route schedule.

Chilean regional government officials contacted Alpine Air Chile, S.A., requesting the service. The schedule services Chile's tourist economy, which requires regional air service. The service, initially carrying 13 passengers each day, now carries 20 passengers per day. The service is growing substantially each week. Additional routes are currently being negotiated in other areas within Chile.
