AlphaTrade.com CIO Rafael deNoyo talks to The Wall Street Transcript.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 1999--The Wall Street Transcript has published an in-depth interview with Rafael deNoyo of AlphaTrade.com (OTC:EBNK), in which he talks at length about his company's future.

He says, "Alpha Trade is going to be a financial web portal private-branded to mid-size and regional brokerage firms. A regional brokerage firm, for example, does not have the resources or the expertise to develop a major financial web site like DLJ Direct or E-Trade. However, by working with AlphaTrade, they will have a private-branded site that will allow them to maintain the clients who want to trade on-line."

He explains, "A similar circumstance is Kmart tires. If you go to Kmart and buy a set of tires, it may have the Kmart brand, but Kmart does not have a tire manufacturing plant. They have private-branded a Goodyear or Goodridge tire. This is the same for the private labeling of our financial web portal. This private labeled site will provide their clients with the ability to review their account, make trades, do stock research and eventually conduct their banking over the net through their brokerage account. For these brokerage firms that really can't afford to put up a first class website, AlphaTrade is the answer."

Looking forward, he states, "We are targeting brokerage houses with a customer base between 25,000 and 200,000 customers. We have identified 58 of them and will be marketing to those as we build our site. We're in the development phase and will be ready for beta testing in about 30 days."
