VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 2000

AlphaTrade.com (OTCBB OTCBB

:EBNK) announced today that it has completed a second alliance specifically targeting the institutional and investment banking community.

In its ongoing efforts to expand its client base, AlphaTrade.com (the "Company") has taken specific measures to consolidate and expand its alliances designed to efficiently market its delivery of streaming financial data to end users located in the Middle East and Eastern Europe Eastern Europe

The countries of eastern Europe, especially those that were allied with the USSR in the Warsaw Pact, which was established in 1955 and dissolved in 1991.
. As part of its overall agreement with Al Nasr Trading & Industrial Corporation ("Nasr"), the Company has concluded a target-based marketing arrangement with Infinity Group Inc. ("Infinity"), a corporation engaged in investment banking activities in Europe.

While the Company continues to technically expand its revolutionary financial information products, the alliances with Nasr and Infinity will result in immediate access to a number of Middle Eastern and East European institutions in forthcoming weeks. The Company is targeting widespread exposure within the geographical regions selected by Nasr and Infinity. The incentive-based marketing agreement with Infinity targets 100,000 subscribers within the next 30 days. Senior executives of AlphaTrade are leaving as early as next week to conduct direct face-to-face meetings in Europe -- arranged by the principals of Nasr -- with key private banking and trading institutions over the next week. The Company believes that, regardless of any particular near term targets envisaged in its current marketing alliances, this thrust in the Middle East and Europe will enhance the Company's subscriber base on one hand and will create broad availability of the Company's product to an entirely new group of financial service organizations and their clients.

In the meanwhile, the Company continues to upgrade and enrich its current E-Gate suite in its ongoing endeavours to ensure that those visiting the AlphaTrade.Com web site can independently evaluate the competitive and revolutionary status of the underlying product.

The Company's management firmly believes that the use of the Web will continue to grow beyond the provision of basic quote-type information to encompass regulatory filings and due diligence Research; analysis; your homework.
