-Subscriber-base expansion: New subscribers were realized in all geographies; exposure in foreign markets expanded at a satisfying rate.

-Institutional expansion: A highlight for the year was signing Swift Trade Securities -- this transaction is strong validation for the worldwide appeal of E-Gate.

-Considerable revenue growth: Revenue growth was impressive; the company continued to garner meaningful accolades from industry experts for the strength of its product offerings and the unparalleled benefits they bring to subscribers.

-Industry acceptance: AlphaTrade's growing industry-wide acceptance is enabling management to advance the sales process at a much faster pace, leading to even greater opportunities to expand revenue potential.

Outlook, 2005

The success achieved in 2004 illustrates how AlphaTrade has firmly established itself as a leader in the stock market data dissemination business. This year, the mission is straightforward: dramatically increase the company profile by targeting larger deals, continue to expand the partner community and significantly increase advertising revenue. All efforts are dedicated to aggressive top-line growth; thus, 2005 becomes the first year of total focus on revenue growth and profitability. While most competitors are focusing on fixing or upgrading their current product mix, AlphaTrade remains focused on maximizing service to subscribers. In 2005, the company has already added value as follows:

"Investments" tool: This is the company's most recently released application, designed to assist in making appropriate investment decisions and helping track investment profit and loss. It notes exactly what realized and unrealized capital gains are in real time. This application is perfect during tax season as it can print it or export tax data to an excel spreadsheet for accounting purposes. It also generates a confirming email sent to the broker following a transaction for record keeping purposes.

Streaming option chains: As of Monday March 7th, AlphaTrade will offer this added functionality -- in large part because the growing customer base indicated it was an important, additional tool. Unlike most data providers, AlphaTrade is a nimble vendor, quick to react to a "critical mass" of suggestions from its very active and participatory customer base. 2005 will see a continued commitment to new products as the company continues to react to subscriber input for new applications and features that enhance the customer's ability to make appropriate investment decisions.

Management accessibility: One aspect of AlphaTrade's multi-dimensional marketing program is for the management of AlphaTrade to get out and personally introduce the company to subscribers. So far this year, Gordon Muir, Chairman and Penny Perfect, CEO of AlphaTrade have attended meetings in Orlando, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Phoenix. There is another meeting scheduled for Dallas on March 9, 2005. Additional cities will be scheduled, as the interest arises.
