AlphaCom Corporation. (OTCBB:AHMC.OB) -- The Board of Directors of AlphaCom Corporation, at its meeting held on March 14, 2001, declared a 4-for-1 stock split of its common stock.

The 4-for-1 stock split will be distributed in the form of a stock dividend on March 19, 2001 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2001.
