), today announced a licensing agreement that will bring a console quality gaming experience to the AlphaCell M5 mobile handset The part of the telephone that contains the speaker and the microphone. The agreement means that any network operator working with AlphaCell will be able to offer its customers a smartphone A cellular telephone with information access. The AlphaCell M5 can be specifically adapted for entertainment and gaming. It features a large 65,000 color screen, a powerful 144Mhz processor and four programmable soft keys and micro-joystick located around the screen. The deal with Fathammer exploits this gaming capability and takes the mobile gaming experience to new levels. It enables game developers and publishers who choose to launch advanced mobile games on the M5 to use Fathammer's industry leading X-Forge(TM) 3D Game Engine Software Development Kit (SDK (Software Developer's Kit) See developer's toolkit and Windows SDK.

The games, Stuntcar Extreme(TM) and Geopod(TM), take advantage of the gaming-friendly design of the M5. The games can be tailored to include features that will generate traffic on wireless networks, allowing the new M5 handset, which will work on GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) The first high-speed digital data service provided by cellular carriers that used the GSM technology.
