Alpha Solarco has a history of being on the NASDAQ market for 17 years and has never had any incidence of any kind regarding NASDAQ rules or regulations. No Alpha Solarco officer, insider or employee has been accused of taking part in this alleged illegal promotion of the company stock. Alpha Solarco continues to negotiate for three separate contract awards with overseas organizations for two $5 million single sun solar cell production technology transfers and a $12 million solar concentrator production agreement. The company anticipates that these contracts will be awarded in the next several months although there can be no assurance that the company will win any of these contracts.
