 operation, located in Mexico.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

KEJA offers a full line of service in the areas of printed- circuit-board surface-mount and through-hole assembly work, and harness, panel and chassis wiring, as well as doing both cable assemblies and connector wiring jobs. Alpha feels that the acquisition of KEJA provides the company with greater assembly capability.

In 1985, Alpha started an intensive development program that resulted in the innovative formulation of its own semiconductor ware ware See Groupware, Hardware, Shareware, Software.  from which thermistor chips are made.
