LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 11, 2003

Alpha Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATGI ATGI Alpha Technologies Group, Inc.

) announced today that revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2003 ended January 26, 2003 was $11,421,000. This compares to revenue of $12,587,000 for the first quarter of fiscal 2002. The net loss for this year's first quarter was $473,000, or $0.07 per share. This compares to a net loss for last year's first quarter of $314,000, or $0.04 per share.
