Representatives of the company have scheduled a meeting with the Mississippi Gaming Commission tomorrow, July 17, 1996, to discuss what steps would be required to reopen the casino. The steps required will then be evaluated in light of the intention to permanently close the operation shortly and a determination will be made by the company as to whether the casino will be reopened for the remaining period. The closure of the Jubilation Casino is expected to have no effect on the other operations of the company.
