Hundley stated that his resignation was solely for personal reasons.

To succeed Hundley as president of the company, the board of directors has elected Stanley S. Tollman. Tollman is currently chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of the company. He will continue to serve in those capacities.
