U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on
:ALHY ALHY Alpha Hospitality Corporation (stock symbol; previously ALH) )(the "Company") announced today it was notified by NASDAQ that the Company has evidenced compliance with all requirements necessary for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

NASDAQ required the Company to evidence a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or more for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive trading days In Business, the trading day is the time span that a particular stock exchange is open. For example, the New York Stock Exchange is, as of 2006, open from 09:30AM to 4:00PM. Trading days never take place on weekends.  on or before Feb. 11, 1999. This requirement was fulfilled on Dec. 30, 1998. Accordingly, the Company's symbol was changed from ALHYC back to ALHY effective with the open of business today.
