Alpha Dot's PC for Arduous Conditions.


Alpha Dot Ltd of Unit 6, Hollom Down Road, Lopscombe, Salisbury, Wiltshire, tel:0126 478 1989, the coding and marking specialists, have just brought out a new industrial PC specially designed to withstand arduous working conditions in factories and warehouses, where accidental damage is likely.

Their new Alpha Dot Omega features an ergonomically designed stainless steel stainless steel: see steel.

Any of a family of alloy steels usually containing 10–30% chromium. The presence of chromium, together with low carbon content, gives remarkable resistance to corrosion and heat.

It is equipped with an industrial standard mouse and an 800 by 600TFT (Thin Film Transistor) The term typically refers to active matrix screens on laptop computers.
