Alorica Signs Blitzz Technology to Year-Long Customer Support Contract; Alorica Provides Technical Support as Communications Networking Expert Enters Retail Market.

CHINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 2003

Alorica, a leading customer service management software and services company, today announced that it has signed Blitzz Technology, a communications networking expert, to a one-year customer support contract.

Under this agreement, Alorica will provide technical support for Blitzz customers through its call center in Clovis, California Clovis is a city in Fresno County, California, North East of Fresno. As of 2006, the city had an estimated population of 89,924. History

 Blitzz Technology President Alan Tsao, there were several reasons why the company chose Alorica as its service provider.

"Alorica has a very complete offering of services," Tsao said. "We were given positive referrals from current clients that have similar product lines to the ones we offer."

Blitzz Technology recently ventured into the retail market with NetWave, a suite of Wireless LAN A local area network that transmits over the air typically in the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz unlicensed frequency band. It does not require line of sight between sender and receiver. Wireless base stations (access points) are wired to an Ethernet network and transmit a radio frequency over an area  products. After more than a decade of experience as a network equipment manufacturing company, the company decided to re-brand itself and develop a new facet of business. Beginning February 17, 2003, the company's products have been available at retail superstores across the country.
