Alorica Expands Sales Force to Meet Customer Demands Worldwide; New Team to Focus On eCRM Software, Helix by Alorica, Consulting, and Call Center Logistics Management.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 2001

Alorica Inc., the world's foremost leader in customer care and post sales support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services , today announced that its global sales team is expanding significantly, as part of an aggressive plan to more then double its sales division.

The additional staff will allow Alorica to fulfill its goals of providing top-notch service to its growing customer relationship management (CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ) software (Helix by Alorica(TM)) business, call center, logistic, and technical support services.

As part of the company's strategic growth, three business development executives will occupy new sales offices in Dallas/Austin, San Jose/San Francisco, and the Los Angeles/Orange County area by the first week of April. By mid-April, two more will man offices on the east coast, and three sales representatives will be added in Europe.
