Take advantage of the participation courses and lectures offered by the ADAA ADAA Anxiety Disorders Association of America ADAA American Dental Assistants Association ADAA Art Dealers Association of America (since 1962; New York City, NY, USA) ADAA Aberdeen and District Angling Association and the lectures available to all from AGD AGD amebic gill disease. . Join us at the House of Delegates--all ADAA members are welcome--and at the President's Gala. Come have a glorious Fourth of July Fourth of July, Independence Day, or July Fourth, U.S. holiday, commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. Celebration of it began during the American Revolution. with us on the Diamond Head Lawn of the Sheraton-Waikiki at our Foundation Fundraiser party with part of the proceeds benefiting the ADAA 9-11 Fund. Because we are in Honolulu and because of our new educational relationship with the U.S. Army, we welcome them to our meetings and express our appreciation of the ceremonial presentations they will make during our First House and during the Gala.
