Aloecorp expands in China with plantation and facility. (Industry News).* Aloecorp, Broomfield, CO, has signed a lease for 35 acres of land in the Sanya region of Hainan Island in China. Executives said negotiations are underway for the company to lease an additional 540 acres and ultimately 1000 acres in the region.
