CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NYSE: ALNY), a biopharmaceutical company, engages in the development and commercialization of therapeutic products based on RNA interference (RNAi) in the United States. , Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNY), a leading RNAi therapeutics company, today announced that it will report financial results for the second quarter of 2008 on Wednesday, August 6, 2008, after the U.S. financial markets close.

Management will provide an update on the company, discuss second quarter results, and discuss expectations for the future via conference call on Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at 4:30 p.m. ET.
