Alnylam to Webcast Conference Call Discussing Second Quarter 2006 Financial Results.


CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NYSE: ALNY), a biopharmaceutical company, engages in the development and commercialization of therapeutic products based on RNA interference (RNAi) in the United States. , Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNY), a leading RNAi therapeutics company, today announced that it will report financial results for the second quarter of 2006 on Wednesday, July 26, 2006, before the U.S. financial markets open.

Management will provide an update on the company, discuss second quarter results, and discuss expectations for the future via conference call on Wednesday, July 26, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. ET.
