BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Bellevue, WA-based Allyis today announced the expansion of its large networking support services with the hiring of 19 information technology (IT) professionals skilled in enterprise operations support. Allyis, a proven provider of technical consulting and staffing services, manages Web and technology personnel for Pacific Northwest companies.

The team currently provides operational support for Microsoft's MSN network, supporting systems and monitoring tools that are critical to the operation of MSN. Allyis provides MSN with marketing, technical, and project personnel and works closely with MSN to manage and support those individuals.

The Allyis MSN team, comprised of systems engineers and operations and support analysts, provides 24/7 tier-2 support for the MSN network. The team works directly with Microsoft service operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot, prioritize and respond appropriately to technical issues -- whether the need is disaster recovery, network troubleshooting, fixing a back-up activity that isn't working, or managing change requests.

Specific technical capabilities of the Allyis MSN team include SQL Server administration, IIS (Internet Information Server) administration and general web server support.
