Well-Rounded Performance Drives Results and Rewards High Achievers

NORTHBROOK, Ill. -- At the sixth annual Allstate Leaders Forum held in Orlando, Fla, Allstate recently recognized the three top performing Allstate exclusive agency owners and top personal financial representative as the 2007 Best in Company.

Allstate's 2007 Best in Company honorees include agency owners Neil Greco of Roseland, N.J., Patrick DePaulis of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Jing Zeng of San Diego. And, Mark VanArnam of Aston, Pa., secured his Best In Company honor as Allstate's highest producing personal financial representative for 2007.

The Best in Company distinction is awarded to exclusive agency owners based on year-end results in retention, growth, profitability and Allstate financial sales production and to personal financial representatives based on year-end Allstate Financial sales production.

Out of more than 13,000 agency owners and more than 1,200 personal financial representatives across the country these individuals surpassed the field to achieve extraordinary results. This is an especially exciting year for Allstate as all three 2007 Best in Company exclusive agency owner recipients achieved a perfect score in the formula used to measure agencies' balanced performance. Each individual invested significant time and energy in achieving this level of success in their field.
