MILWAUKEE -- Merge Healthcare (NASDAQ:MRGE) today announced that Allscripts (NASDAQ:MDRX), the leader in software, services, information, and connectivity solutions for physicians, has selected its Cedara WebAccess[TM] software application to "image enhance" Allscripts Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions. The Cedara WebAccess portal will provide a zero-footprint method of distributing medical images and reports to clinicians using Allscripts EHR solutions.
