Alloy Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements; Alloy to Remain Listed and Late Filing Designation to Be Removed.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 2004

Alloy, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALOYE), a media, marketing services, direct marketing and retail company targeting the dynamic Generation Y population, today announced that following the filing of the Company's 10-K report for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2004 on May 27, 2004 and the hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel (the "Panel") also on May 27, 2004, the Panel has decided to maintain Alloy's listing on The Nasdaq National Market (the "Nasdaq"). In addition, the Panel has determined to remove the "E" designation in Alloy's Nasdaq ticker symbol Ticker Symbol
