Girl Press has received acclaim for the best-selling Real Rules for Girls by Mindy Morgenstern and the award winning Cool Women which was adapted for television by Debbie Allen and recently aired on AMC (Advanced Mezzanine Card) See AdvancedTCA. . The company has ten books in the pipeline for 2001 and is currently negotiating television option deals for the Real Rules for Girls and its Girl Boss title.

This acquisition provides Alloy Entertainment and 17th Street Productions with a new distribution channel and with fresh, high quality content to leverage across multiple media platforms.
