TeleKnowledge and Allot's integrated product will allow customers to pay for the actual quality of services they agreed to.

As a result of this agreement, service providers will be able to measure relevant network usage, evaluate customer-specific service agreement information and bill customers based on the quality of IP services actually delivered. Teleknowledge's Total-e(TM) brings the benefit of value-based billing to the integration, while Allot delivers capabilities for enforcing Quality of Service agreements.

Allot's NetEnforcer(TM) gives users the power to intelligently shape bandwidth and deliver system-wide service level guarantees based on the needs and priorities of the customer. Allot's hardware-based bypass technology ensures 100% availability and redundancy. In addition, Allot's policy-based network management product, NetPolicy(TM) enables network-wide policy-based, customization, provisioning and monitoring of the NetEnforcers.
