CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 1999-- AllnetServices.com Corp. (OTC BB:AWEB) today announced the launching of its newest Internet site www.allcopiers.com. The site is the result of a joint venture between Allnet and Telecom Corp. of Chicago, a wholly owned subsidiary of Officeland Inc. (Nasdaq:OFLDF,OFLUF). Allnet designed the site and will continue to host and maintain it. Telecom will make available, its office/home copiers, printers and facsimile machine product lines. The initial term of the revenue-sharing agreement will be for one year with annual renewals. The two companies are working jointly on a national advertising and marketing program.
