Allison Rutledge-Parisi Named Chief Administrative Officer of Kaplan.


NEW YORK -- Allison Rutledge-Parisi has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer A chief administrative officer (CAO) is responsible for administrative management of private, public or governmental corporations. The CAO is one of the highest ranking members of an organization, managing daily operations and usually reporting directly to the chief executive  of Kaplan, Inc. She will oversee training, human resources, technology and other functions for Kaplan, a leading global provider of education that serves students at every stage of their lives.

Before joining Kaplan in 2004 as an intellectual property lawyer, Ms. Rutledge-Parisi was an attorney with the Manhattan law firm Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, LLP. She is a graduate of Yale University and Columbia Law School Columbia Law School, located in the New York City borough of Manhattan, is one of the professional schools of Columbia University, a member of the Ivy League, and one of the leading law schools in the United States. , where she was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
