Midwest-based health care organization wins in "Best Intranet

Site" category for Stellent-based site that helps the company meet

regulatory mandates and reduce costs

Stellent, Inc. (Nasdaq:STEL), a global provider of content management solutions, announced today that its customer Allina Hospitals & Clinics, a health care organization managing 14 hospitals and 42 clinics in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, received an eHealthcare Leadership Award for its Allina Knowledge Network powered by Stellent(R) Content Management.

The Allina Knowledge Network, an intranet that helps the company meet Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) regulations by storing and tracking changes to time-sensitive hospital policies and procedures, received a Gold Award in the "Best Intranet Site" category. The network uses Stellent technology to enable the company's 20,000 employees to easily access current versions of policies and procedures on the Web through their browsers. As a result, Allina has reduced its hard-copy paper and printing costs and improved its company-wide communications system.

Allina Hospitals & Clinics is among more than 175 health care organizations in 17 industry classifications that received awards. Judges looked at how sites compared with others in their organization's classification and also reviewed sites based on a proprietary multi-point standard of Internet excellence.
