), reinforced its leadership in the low k arena today by announcing the construction of a multi-million dollar low k dielectric integration facility at its Sunnyvale location.

The move reflects growing industry consensus that spin-on low k materials will win out as the process technology of choice over CVD for next-generation IC manufacturing. Theintegration facility will be a Class 10 cleanroor advanced low k spin-on dielectrics. In addition, the cleanroom will be equipped with CMP CMP (cytidine monophosphate): see cytosine.
