AlliedSignal Aerospace's Grimes Lighting business will provide eight three-inch flight instrument displays per aircraft, including the Horizontal Situation Indicator An instrument which may display bearing and distance to a navigation aid, magnetic heading, track/course and track/course deviation. , Attitude Director Indicator An attitude indicator which displays command signals from the flight director computer. , Mach Speed Indicator and Electronic Altimeter altimeter (ăltĭm`ĭtər, ăl`tĭmē'tər), device for measuring altitude. The most common type is an aneroid barometer calibrated to show the drop in atmospheric pressure in terms of linear elevation as an airplane, . The KTX-2 is a supersonic fighter-trainer built by South Korea-based Samsung in partnership with Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems. The aircraft is scheduled to receive certification in 2002.
