Allied Security Names Former FBI Agent Jeffrey Lampinski to New Post as Vice President Corporate Compliance And CSO.

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. -- Allied Security, the nation's largest independently owned contract security services company, today announced that Jeffrey A. Lampinski, formerly Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Office in Philadelphia, will join the company on July 13 in the newly created position as Vice President for Corporate Compliance and Chief Security Officer (CSO).

In his new post, Lampinski, 48, will be responsible for managing contract and regulatory compliance functions; establishing the office of the CSO and implementing a wide variety of security functions; and serving as liaison between Allied Security and federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. He will be working with Christopher Dunne, Allied Security's Senior Vice President and General Counsel, at the company's national headquarters in King of Prussia, PA.

Lampinski headed the FBI's Philadelphia Office, the sixth largest FBI field office in the nation, since May of 2002. During his career, he has held numerous positions at FBI Headquarters in Washington, as well as Field Offices in Louisville, New Orleans, Norfolk and Providence. Prior to the FBI, he was employed as a Certified Public Accountant, Internal Revenue Service Special Agent and a police officer.

He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from Bryant College, Smithfield, RI, in 1978. He attended the FBI Executive Development Institute, the FBI Leadership Forum for Special Agents in Charge, the FBI's prestigious National Executive Institute, and the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He was a gubernatorial appointee to the Executive Committees of the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council and Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Commission. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association, American Society for Industrial Security International (ASIS), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
