Northcutt will be responsible for leading a team of executives and support personnel singularly dedicated to serving General Growth Properties, a Chicago-based owner, developer and operator of regional shopping malls. "Anna has consistently demonstrated leadership, quality management and know how," said Rabena. She joined Allied Security after serving as Directory of Corporate Security for Trizec Properties, Inc. and Regional Security Manager for The Macerich Company, two national mall development firms.

Northcutt was a Special Agent with the FBI from 1984 through 1987. She also served in the military police with the Army, rising to the rank of captain. She received a B.S. degree in Justice Administration in 1975 from Brigham Young University Brigham Young University, at Provo, Utah; Latter-Day Saints; coeducational; opened as an academy in 1875 and became a university in 1903. It is noted for its law and business schools.  and a Master's degree in Divinity from Trinity Episcopal School of Ministry, Ambridge, PA, in 1984. She attended the FBI Academy.
