Thomas Torelli of Allied Property Group represented the tenant. Media Synergy The enhanced result of two or more people, groups or organizations working together. In other words, one and one equals three! It comes from the Greek "synergia," which means joint work and cooperative action. Inc. leased 1,800 square feet of office space at 391 E. Putnam Ave. Media Synergy, Inc. is a service bureau for e-maillists on the Internet. Torelli represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. 81 Holly Hill Lane, a 15,200-square-foot, three-story office building was sold for $2.1 million. Fareri Associates purchased the property for investment purposes; Torelli represented both the purchaser and the seller in this transaction. |
