Bergeron as chief financial officer. Mr. Bergeron replaces John B. Wynne, who has resigned, effective November 4, 2002, but will remain with the company on a transitional basis. In his new role, Mr. Bergeron will be responsible for handling all the financial functions for the company, including both its U.S. and U.K. operations.
