VICORP Restaurants, Inc. headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is the owner and operator of two leading family-style restaurants, Village Inn and Bakers Square, with 371 restaurants operating in 25 states. Village Inn, which began in 1959, is well known for providing traditional breakfast items throughout the day, in addition to home-style lunches and dinners.
