Allied Capital Corp. and Allied Capital Corp. II realize gain from sale of Envirco Corp.

) and Allied Capital Corp. II (ALII) recently completed the sale of their equity interests in Envirco Corp.

As a result of this sale, Allied Capital Corp. realized a capital gain of approximately $959,000 and Allied Capital Corp. II realized a capital gain of approximately $753,000. The Allied Capital companies first invested in Envirco in early 1993.
