This is the worst TPA I have ever worked with. They are terrible at processing claims, returning phone calls, and following up on issues. We are no longer using them due to terrible service to both HR and our employees.

This is by far the worst TPA our company has ever had. They do no return phone calls, follow up on issues, and continuously process claims wrong. We changed TPA's after several complaints from our employees.
