Allied's convention of success.

Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation celebrated another year of success during its fourth National Convention held from February 17 to 21 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Houston, Texas. Nearly 1,700 branch managers, loan originators and processors attended the event.

The convention celebrated Allied's achievements of the last 18 months, including:

Providing over $15 billion in residential mortgages in 2003;

Being named one of the "Top 25 Tech Savvy Lending Films" by Mortgage Technology magazine;

Enjoying national exposure via AHMCC branch manager Bob Guiney who participated and starred in ABC's hit reality shows "The Bachelorette" and "The Bachelor;"

Being named the top mortgage broker in the U.S. by Broker magazine for the third consecutive year;

Welcoming eMagic as a partner to AHMCC's LOAN EZ web portal for loan services and lenders

Guest speakers included Jim Madrid, of the Entelechy Group, Smart Leads president Jack Davis, mortgage pro Dan Pinto and AHMCC's Bob Guiney. In addition to his speech, Guiney signed copies of his autobiography "What a Difference a Year Makes" and his music CD.
