AllianceCare Announces Strategic Additions to its Leadership Team.

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. -- AllianceCare, a premiere provider of comprehensive, home-based senior healthcare services, announced today several additions to its leadership team. Greg Bellware has been appointed to Senior Vice President of Medical Services; Cindy Watson to Operations Vice President, Eastern Division; and Colleen Jones to Operations Vice President, Central Division.

With over 25 years of senior level healthcare experience, Mr. Bellware serves as Sr. Vice President, Medical Services for AllianceCare. Prior to AllianceCare, Mr. Bellware served as Senior Vice President for InteliStaf, Inc and was responsible for all business development including design and rollout of a new business model for hospital partnerships. Greg also served as President of US Healthworks Development Corp., a start up occupational medicine business. Mr. Bellware's other corporate leadership roles include positions as Division President for TheraTx (THTX-NASDAQ) and President of Bay Development, a subsidiary of Helix Health System.

Ms. Watson, who is a speech language pathologist, has over 15 years of experience within privately owned and publicly traded healthcare organizations. Her most recent experience includes a Vice President position at InteliStaf, Inc., where she was responsible for denovo branch locations across the United States. In addition to her operational experience at InteliStaf, she also served in a national strategic business development capacity adding over $100 million in annualized revenue within 3 years. Prior to InteliStaf, Cindy was Vice President of Operations for CaraVita Senior Care Management where she was responsible for all start up and day to day operations for all senior care business units. Ms. Watson's experience also includes Vice President of Operations for TheraTx (THTX-NASDAQ).

Ms. Jones, who is also a speech language pathologist, has over 15 years operational healthcare experience. Prior to AllianceCare, Colleen served in several senior level operations roles with Rehab Care Group (RHB-NYSE), a leading provider of rehabilitation services to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), acute rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient rehabilitation clinics. Her experience includes financial and client management, budget development, sales oversight and clinical integrity of over $230 million in annualized revenue. Prior to Rehab Care Group, Ms. Jones worked with Vencor/Vencare Ancillary Services (now Kindred Healthcare) as Director of Operations for their rehabilitation programs in SNFs and long term care hospitals. Ms. Jones' experience also includes operations management for TheraTx (THTX-NASDAQ).
