The Downtown Space Finder also enables tenants to identify specific commercial and retail space in Lower Manhattan with features such as virtual space tours' and contact information for appropriate real estate brokers.

The site allows companies to search the entire Downtown area or narrow their choices to specific sub markets. Businesses can use the Downtown Space Finder to sort options by address, rent, height, number of floors, and more.
