Alliance Semiconductor Updates Fiscal Second Quarter Revenue Outlook.

) today reduced its revenue guidance for the fiscal second quarter ending September 30, 2001 and now expects that the second quarter revenues will be approximately 50% -- 60% below the $12.0 million reported during the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, 2001.
