 demand, it expects its revenues to be below expectations for the second fiscal quarter ended Sept. 27, 1997.

The company expects net revenues to be between $28-$29 million, or approximately 20% below last quarter's revenues of $36.3 million. The company also expects to report a net loss for the quarter.

Because of this, we will continue to focus our manufacturing and sales efforts on all our product lines."
