Alliance Recovery Corporation and Mannington Mills Explore Opportunity to Produce Electricity Through Progressive Alternative Energy Technology.

SALEM, N.J. & WILMINGTON, Del. -- Mannington Mills, Inc., and Alliance Recovery Corporation (OTCBB OTCBB

See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
: ARVY) are pleased to announce that they are exploring an opportunity to locate a technologically advanced alternative energy electrical generation facility on Mannington's property in New Jersey. If the agreement is completed, Mannington would purchase up to eleven Megawatts of electricity from Alliance, representing the majority of the Company's New Jersey site electrical demand.

Alliance Recovery Corporation, located in Wilmington, Delaware Wilmington is the largest city in the state of Delaware and is located at the confluence of the Christina River and Brandywine Creek, near where the Christina flows into the Delaware River. , has developed a proprietary process system that converts rubber waste into fuel oil for electrical generation. Using "state of the art" pollution technologies, the Alliance system employs a sophisticated thermal chemical process to convert various forms of rubber waste - including waste or scrap tires - to usable fuel oil. The recovered oil is used to fuel reciprocating engines, driving alternators that then make electricity.

Having operational, economic and environmental advantages, this unique process creates a sustainable source of electricity that would be used by Mannington's manufacturing and support operations; the excess of which would be sold into the local power grid. The Alliance system can contribute to the overall reduction of dependence on fossil fuels while removing tons of rubber and scrap tires from the waste stream each year.
