Alliance Industries announces memo of understanding.


BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 1996--Alliance Industries announced that a memo of understanding has been executed between an Australian company, Ghanam el Khas Pty. Ltd., and Alliance Industries.
