Alliance Imaging Schedules Conference Call and Webcast to Review 2007 Financial Guidance.

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Alliance Imaging, Inc. (NYSE:AIQ) announced today that it will host a conference call and webcast on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company's 2007 financial guidance, which is scheduled to be released prior to the market opening on the same day. Paul Viviano, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to host the call. Also scheduled to participate are Howard Aihara, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Michael Frisch, who will assume the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective January 5, 2007.
