Alliance Imaging, Inc. Initial Public Offering Priced At $13.00 Per Share.

ANAHEIM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 2001

Alliance Imaging, Inc. today announced that its initial public offering of 9,375,000 shares of common stock, representing approximately 20 percent of Alliance Imaging's outstanding common stock, has been priced at $13.00 per share. The shares are scheduled to begin trading today on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol AIQ.

Alliance Imaging's offering was lead managed by Deutsch Banc Alex. Brown and Salomon Smith Barney.

All of the shares were issued and sold by Alliance Imaging. Alliance Imaging has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,406,250 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
